Marina Tradicional
We make the sea
possible as a lifestyle
This year the Marina tradicional brings us:
- Departures “walk / baptism of the sea”
- Natural cork boat building workshop
- Sailor knot workshop
- Albaola:
- Activities where visitors can participate:
- Exhibition “Elkano, beyond the horizon”.
- Boat “beothuk”. Reproduction of a “whale txalupa” from the 16th century.
- Workshop to make rope, by hand, from a replica of a 16th century machine.
- PULLEY making workshop. Manual lathe, replica of an old one, from which to work the wooden pieces.
- Activities where visitors can participate:

- Rowing workshop. Visitors will be able to see the process of how 6 meter long oars are made.

Barcelona
Paddle Race 2021
Adrenaline and excitement in the water
On October 17th, the eighth edition of the Barcelona Paddle Race will take place. The most important sea kayak event in Catalonia will kick off at Port Vell in Barcelona, at the Barcelona International Boat Show at 12:00.
The classic layout of the past editions will be maintained, crossing the Barcelona coastline to Puerto de Badalona. Two routes will take place (a long one of 15 km and a shorter one of 11.5 km) that will depart at the same time.

Hours: Sunday from 12:00h. to 14:00.
