Rafa Zafra, renowned for his seafood mastery and two Michelin stars, brings his marine soul to the VILLAGE — the new premium gastronomic space at the 2025 Boat Show.

A celebration of the sea, by the Mediterranean’s finest

Zafra’s cuisine is a tribute to the sea, combining technical brilliance with purity of product. For the Village at Barcelona Boat Show 2025, he has created a bespoke menu that reflects elegance, tradition, and a deep connection to the sea.

“A celebration of the sea through tradition and flavour, reinterpreted with elegance for the heart of the Boat Show,” says Zafra.

Two culinary experiences to choose from

The Village will feature two distinct formats for professionals and premium guests:

    👉 Tasting menu (€150)

    • 6 savoury seafood-based dishes, such as confit sea bass or squid with mushrooms.
    • 2 desserts, including the nostalgic Pijama.
    • Wine pairing: Albariño Pazo San Mauro (Rías Baixas) & Marqués de Riscal Reserva (Rioja).

    👉 Open Bar (from €2.80)

    • Informal tapas & small plates:
      • Tuna belly salad
      • Sardine coca
      • Tuna tartare roll
      • Mini meatballs with mushrooms
    • Cocktails, vegetarian and meat options available off-menu.

Haute cuisine for a premium yachting event

This collaboration reinforces the Boat Show’s new positioning: an event where luxury yachting, innovation and gourmet experiences meet in an exquisite setting.

The production will be handled by Le Chef Catering, led by Laura Pi, ensuring excellence in every detail.
