• Confit leek, red prawn, and hazelnut praline
• Anchovy, white anchovy, and mackerel “matrimonio” in avocado gazpachuelo
• Baby squid with wild mushrooms and cured Iberian pork
• Skewered hake and kokotxa in pil-pil sauce
• Tuna belly with Iberian beans
• Catalan-style confit sea bass

Desserts:
• Lemon ice cream with muscatel gelée and strawberry
• Our take on the “pijama”: creamy flan, candied peach, and banoffee ice cream
