From October 8 to 12, Salón Náutico 2025 will be held in an extraordinary setting: Port Vell, which this year extends its route to the iconic Moll de Barcelona, creating a 2.2-km circular route that redefines boating in Europe.

Tasting menu:
• Confit leek, red prawn, and hazelnut praline
• Anchovy, white anchovy, and mackerel “matrimonio” in avocado gazpachuelo
• Baby squid with wild mushrooms and cured Iberian pork
• Skewered hake and kokotxa in pil-pil sauce
• Tuna belly with Iberian beans
• Catalan-style confit sea bass
